One of the most iconic of trends, the 1920s Gatsbian tassles have made numerous comebacks over the last few decades e.g. the 60s & 80s. Once again, the fringe trend has made it’s way back on the runway in SS16 collections by Givenchy, Hervé Leger, Ralph Lauren to name a few. From shredded hemlines to a selection of tasselled accessories and the most gorgeous of fringe heels both luxury genuine suede and affordable faux suede options, there’s no reason not to indulge.
Definition: Fringe is an ornamental border of threads left loose or formed into tassels or twists, used to edge clothing or material.
